Project Description

Megan was the original Project Me, first termed Project Megan.  Caley (the core trainer for ProjectMe) put Megan through an 8-week intensive process to help change her physique.  The results were nothing short of amazing.  After that, Caley was swamped with calls asking how they could do what “Megan did”.  Megan has since become a ProjectMe coach and continues her own fitness journey.  Even 2+ years later she still keeps the weight off and has continued to take her fitness to a whole new level.  Here’s a recent shoot in November 2013 showcasing what’s she’s accomplished.

Consumers can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. Participants inProjectMe consume two meal replacements a day and typically exercise 3-4 times week minimum for at least 30 minutes.

This was the intial 8-week progress shot that caused all the buzz.  Keep in mind, Megan’s results are not typical, but Caley had reduced her workouts from a couple hours a day to just 45 minutes and adjusted her nutrition from the typical HS student diet to one rich in vitamins and nutrients.  Her mantra, 80% nutrition, 20% fitness.  We helped Megan stylize the right type of bikini for her body and with a little summer tan, the results were amazing.
