Project Description

Elizabeth was pretty comfortable with her body.  She really joined simply to tone up a little over the 8-week progress.  In the end, she lost over 13 lbs and gained a ton of energy.  Like most college students with poor nutrition and burning the candle at both ends, she rarely woke up prior to noon.  Now, with her nutrition set right, she’s up most mornings at 6:30am with an incredible amount of energy.  Elizabeth is now helping people with their own transformations via ProjectMe!
