Project Description

Kaitlyn was in the same boat as many moms.  Trying to keep up with her new son and find time to exercise was nearly impossible.  She’d simply be too worn out taking care of her son and could never find the energy to exercise.  Getting her nutrition squared away first gave her the energy to handle both.  She finished her ultimate goal during the 8-week August cycle.  Kaitlyn is helping other moms meet their fitness goals while still being a great mom!
